AMBARAWA

Ambarawa was a popular resistance against the Allied event that occurred in Ambarawa, south of Semarang, Central Java.

Chronology of events

On October 20, 1945, Allied troops under the command of Brigadier Bethell landed in Semarang with the intention of taking care of Japanese prisoners of war and soldiers who were in Central Java. Fighting in Ambarawa
